Caltech labour services realizes its policy of “No foreigners in jobs Timorese can do” is what ultimately led to the work done today in the oil and gas industry. Our vision is that foreign labour should only come in as trainers or mentors to guarantee our people eventually are equipped to rise up to the tasks at hand. This should be done without disruption to the work and without detriment to the level of services provided, hence the importance of also employing foreign experts.
